she may be Anna Dello Russo...do you know her? i f you dont, google her cause she is the most magnificent thing ever....you know, IF you're interested in fashion and fashionable people....She's editor at large of Japonese VOGUE and it is highly common for her to wear that kind of things.

That woman is actually very important figure in the fashion world. I think her extravagant head-wear is actually fun and endearing. I'd love to see more of those on the front row guests :)
