The music industry is flooded and it is hard for true artists to stand through all the crap. Do these things and they'll start dropping like flies...

to take down pirated files and instrumental tracks.

Have the big 4 record companies make up a fund for the FCC to pay off Internet Service Providers to block websites that deal with piracy. After this is done make sure the music industry quits putting crappy artists on the radio by the FCC acquiring a system to keep track of all radio "advertisement/payola" deals. Also, get people that are representatives artists

@Shavarnarak I'm black and I'm 27 and I support the RIAA and FBI in this fight against music, movie, and software piracy.

YEAH I am totally gonna save them, it is as ridiculous as saving the Queen, they are RICH RICH RICH RICH RICH AND ALL POWERFULL, USE YOUR HEAD!!
Music is an art, not a product, the RIAA can kiss my ass!

RIAA is an entity from times past. It's refusal to adapt to a different era as well as its decisions to take aggressive action on people who won't buy into their b.s has made this tyrant obsolete. We don't need music Nazis.

they should make a program were you could get a subscription and pay 10 bucks a month and lets you download all the music you want and distribute the earnings of the organization that is managing the program between the artists, and the record labels(if its necessary)

record industry can just move on, I am sorry but they are obsolete now, I like to see a web site where artists themselves can upload the demo songs and charge what they want to charge even $0.00 for gaining popularity at initial stage let the consumers decide what they want to download. It will make sure 90% profit going to actual artists, lowing music price to reasonable line. It will also give fair chance to new comer artists who are denied by RIAA assholes.
I'd love to see the RIAA and the other entertainment maffia companies die out.
Death to the RIAA.
