During the Ceauçescu-era contraception and abortions were forbidden and so thousands of unwished children were born. After the fall of Ceauçescu's dictatorship many of them ran away from the orphanges or their parent's home to escape the cruelty what happened to them in these places...

They live in the underground stations or in abandoned houses, they live in small groups with strong hierarchies, they copy what they have experienced in their life among adults, their lifes are dominated by violence, drugs and the daily struggle to survive in a hostage world, which offers them barely changes to escape it.

  • I know that it seems like Cristina is an animal, but I don't think she can be completely to blame for the way she acts. Making Ana beg was so they could pay back the shopkeeper and not be kicked out of the subway. Believe it or not, she's almost what is keeping them alive, being the one of order and responsibility. I'm not praising her, but I don't think she deserves condemnation either.

  • Heartless Romanians, give your kids a god damn home.

  • @directorlog Shut the fuck up, when our grandparents were working the plows your grandparents were taking waltz lessons. they're in the streets cuz there are no money for homes, not because we're evil and don't want them to have good lives.

  • "When were you born?I don't know"

  • @directorlog It's really hard for most people there to feel empathy since they are raised incredibly violently themselfes...

  • Where is all this worldly corruption heading? we are "all" going to be in the same pot someday, it's time for a revolution and put this world back into working order!

  • @Argo108 you got problems, go cry to mummy about a spelling mistake idiot.

  • @Argo108 who you calling dumb fuck, I was on the streets dickhead, what makes you so special, next time if you want to talk properlly we can, Ive had a hard life too, lived on the streets nearly all my young life, just stating a point to this video so grow up and get on with your life. I did.

  • @directorlog you mean Romanian government you fucking idiot.

  • dumb fucks, you dont know what it was like! Well maybe those that were homeless in the US but the rest of you, shut your fucking mouths because you have no idea how it was like in the 90s. None of you clueless idiots can say a words about the way Romanians acted towards the children. If you were walking in that subway would you have given a fuck? Im too sure that no. I see it everything here in North America, so shut up and fuck off if you dont have anything better to say than to bash Romanians.

  • @directorlog this happens in every country. not only in romania. so it is not the "heartless romanians" - i know romania is a poor country. but one bad thing about romania is the government. it is hard to help those kids if you live in another country, because the government of romania makes it so hard. like to donate money for those kids. the government has no interest to help those kids.

unnecessary bureaucracy and uncomprehending authorities obstruct and impede the work. just like everywhere

  • @waffensspopn I was talking about your government, not the people.
