  • I thought Pigeon John was a Christian artist.........so why is he saying "damn".......can anybody help me?

  • He is a christian artist, but that doesn't exactly mean that he makes christian music.

  • that makes no sense whatsoever...............

  • It makes sense to me. Either way, he makes good hip hop. Who cares if he says damn?

  • Christians should spend less time figuring out which Christians are legit and more time doing the work of the Lord. Pigeon said the D-word he must be going to hell, how absurd is that? Does the D-word qualify as sin? Even so, let he who is without sin cast the first stone. Must be a lot of sin free people out there. I think If you don't like the song move on. Don't debate his Christianity, I'm sure you don't want people debating yours. Go preach the gospel, feed the poor, shelter the homeless

  • Who cares if he's Christian. Why don't you shut the fuck up and enjoy the music. Christian stooges.

  • Warum finde ich das Video bei I-Tunes nicht ;(

  • It's sweet to see early video of this sweet song. I m feelin' gangsta right now ...

  • In an interview he said he doen't really make music under the christian hip hop/ rap genre since they are less reconized in the industry. one of the reasons he signed to Quannum Projects. He wants his music to get more out there

  • The fact that he said it is not the problem, it's the fact that he said it out of context. To damn means to condemn, so "Feeling so condemned gangster" would not make sense. Also, 99.9% of all Christian hip hop artists have the common sense to know that you don't need to use even the slightest bit of profanity to get your message across. To use it and be like "God doesn't mind as long as I don't make it a habit" is just an excuse to use blatant profanity.

  • @BrantosIscariot he ain't christian! don't get me rong i love his msuic great uplifting songs, but can't call him christian! especially when the bible tells us to make disciples of men not uplift worldly ways!

  • I love Pigeon John and I'm an atheist ....leave it to "god" to "damn" up a good song

    ...reminds me of when my dad threw away my Dead Kennedy "Nazi Punks Fuck off" album because he somehow found the anti Nazi sentiment offensive ..... it is just words people need to stop being weak minded and fearful of words.

  • @AJames3362 why is ot wrong to say damn if your christian? its not goddamn so whats the problem?

  • @MaddMurdoc1 Hey man, i think all u said is right, and true. But think about it, if this rapper was in the Christian Hip Hop Entertainment, then he influences people. I am not tryna accuse him of any fault, but he is an influence to the others. People see him as a Christian and also see him saying words like "Damn" their standards of sinning will lessen :D

  • @spiefling ironically, the Christian church created the profane use of "damn"... "damn" was a perfectly normal non-vulgar word meaning "harm" or "loss" until the church skewed its meaning into "condemnation" and "placing judgement" ... now they say you can't say it? ...yet it appears dozens of times in the King James Bible?!!

    P.S:: "S.A." = South Africa ..?
