  • This made me cry!! what you were saying about feeling of not being good enough and the binging representing getting rid of bad feelings has just made so much sense to me!! ive been bulemic for 4 years now, and have realised how much its effected me mentally and physically. im just so sick and tired- im not living, and im not myself. im finally seeking medical help which im happy that im making a small step to normality, but its just so scary. i know i cant live like this anymore, ive lost myself

  • @nicoleelovee One of the BIGGEST steps in recovery is admitting you have a problem and taking the road to seeking help. I applaud you for that. I will pray that you can overcome this, I know it's NOT easy...but it's possible.

  • What was your first step in stopping? Peace to YOU!

  • @beaniecool Throwing out my scale, buying healthy foods, covering all labels, prayer, giving my life to Christ.

  • Where you able to recover yourself or did you get some help?

  • @lcaire07 I recovered through Yeshua(Jesus Christ), by His strength and a lot of hard work/challenging myself. I am in more solid recovery!

  • As a recovered bulemia sufferer, I strongly suggest seeking someone who practices Reiki. Energy medicine helps to heal the etheric bodies, along with the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional bodies. This video is good, she really elucidates well the way bulemia feels...the purging, the high. I knew a heroin addict, and her addiction felt much like bulemia. Acupuncture, Reiki or homeopathy are all excellent energetic medicines that can heal deeply. Great Video!!!

  • @nicoleelovee i strongly suggest you seek out someone who practices Reiki. To heal a disease, especially something like an eating disorder, one must also heal the etheric bodies. Reiki, homeopathy or acupuncture are very helpful.

  • As an atheist, I want to say (in ALL HONESTY and with no sarcasm) that I really respect that your faith got you through this horrible illness. My therapy, meds, and writing helped me. And even though I don't believe in a higher power, I believe that anything, anyone, and any power that heals you is okay in my book.

  • Very very happy for you! It's wonderful to see how God has worked in your life :)
