  • Finally I found a complete video 2 miles walk! thank you for uploading.

  • Leslie has done it again!!!!!. I worked out in 3 installments of the 15 minutes videos which equals 45 minutes of workout a day and lost 6 lbs in three days. I will continue doing this until I reach my goal.
