@fereng I understand dude I know some are egotistic like the crips and bloods. Plus you need to know the gangster disciples t were just as great of a threat like the italians and hispanics. They formed an alliance with other blacks and gangs of ethnicities forming the folk nation. Other blacks there formed a rival alliance called the people's nation. Chicago's crime is the most organized creating huge chaos in the city.

@chamilitary07 finally a serious answer, what I mean is that blacks are a very big minority in the united states, but still the gangs and their organized crime are not as feared as the hispanics gangs or the italians organized crime families. I dont generalize I really believe it is because of egoism in the black gangs and impulsiveness.
