The Secret Adventures of Tom Thumb 6:6

I really, really don't understand alot of this movie.

It begs the question if they are dead and in heaven or hell, or if instead the thing they destroyed uneleashed an energy which altered reality to grant Tom & his family their heartmost wish. Of course in that reality, bugs creep in....but reveal themselves to be symbolic of the freak who became a savior.

I remember that makers of this had intended to shoot live action and composite the stop-motion in later but it was said to be too expensive so they used this Pixilation technique instead. Has something I think.

I m not sure about the meaning of the end. How do u understand it?

I saw this when I was a kid too.... and it totally stuck with me. Just came to mind out of the blue. Uber creepy but very very cool.

I saw this in a movie theater in Seattle the year it came out- looked awesome then, and it looks awesome now. One of my favorite animated films.

Mistrzowski film. Szukałem go, bo kiedyś bodaj na PLANETE czy DISCOVERY leciał dokument o nim właśnie. Jednak ciężko zwykłym filmom dorównać atmosferze kreowanej przez doskonałe animacje.
