With a barrel of oil back around $100, it's time to cut the green tape and put American energy producers back to work. As John notes, it's no surprise there is an energy boom in Texas and North Dakota because the majority of natural resource deposits there are on state regulated land. Now is the time open up America for energy production and get this economy growing again.
