  • CRMs and Social CRMs are perfect vehicles to drive the reduction of a business’ overall resources (paper, energy, time). Traditional CRMs started the process by centralizing a business’ most pertinent information: customer data. There’s no more need to make redundant phone calls or send banal form letters. CRMs holistically digitized marketing, sales, and customer service data. The level of effectiveness of Social CRM is even higher; it does all of the research for us.
