Romanian Disabled People and Orphans Suffering From Neglect and Lack of Funding

Despite the modernisation of Romania's main city, disabled and mentally challenged people are often kept in conditions of squalor, suffering from gangreen ,lack of warm clothes and in cramped rooms.

This is just absolutely horrible. This should be a reminder to people to stop thinking the government is going to take care of them. I wish I lived by them because I would go there myself, and give them what they need. There is no excuse in treating human beings this way.
