Most of the song isn't a real polyrhythm, it's a "weird" 4/4. New Millenium Cyanide Christ is a polyrythm, Rational Gaze is, Bleed is, well, a lot of Meshuggah's songs are, you know xDDD

The concept of the polyrhythm is often in the feel. Like a drifting start point to a repeating riff. This song is in 4/4 (as far as I know.) You can pick time signatures by the emphasis on 1 of each bar.
