PICTURE DAY!!! Watch and see Brandon's 1st set of B4 and After pictures.

Today started week 5 of P90X. Just when we were getting the routines down...THEY CHANGED! I could barely keep up with the girls on this one :). It was good though. We are noticing small changes in our body shape and HUGE changes in our energy level, balance, and just overall "feelgood-ness."

  • just started the p90x challenge last night, i have similar body shape, and it makes me happy to see that even though i am thin you can still see the results. do you have an updated video

  • okay, so you have thicker biceps, a bigger back, larger shoulder caps. dude, you are rockin it for your first 30 days. As long as you keep pushing it, your chest will come in, and your triceps will grow to support your chest movements. Congrats.

  • i dunno what your diet looks like, but try increasing your calorie intake you'll see more dramatic differences...what works for me dude dunno, shoulders and arms looking great tho keep it up
