Using the major scale to find all the possible power chords in a certain key. have fun .

  • @lifeiaskedfor first thing: the chord for the 7th degree of the major scale doesn't contain a perfect 5th, so that's just 100% incorrect.

    second thing: last i checked power chords only contain 2 unique notes [root + 5th] so actually they aren't chords since the smallest chord is a triad which contains a minimum of 3 unique notes.

    there's more, but if you don't know the difference between a power chord and an actual chord it would be wasted on you.

  • @rillloudmother last i checked a power chord is a CHORD so in which yes this is a chord theory

  • simple and useful unlike alot of youtube vids cut down on the sugar though you seem a little hyper
