  • It was written in Leipzig for the Feast of the Purification on 2 February 1727 Today we are precisely on February 2nd -:)

  • Nikolaus Harnoncourt has chosen to use the old German version of the word genug, as Philippe Huttenlocher use

     when he sing this Cantata
