  • All I learned is:

    1- Legs stronger than arms.

    2- Bones stronger than muscle.

    Arghh obviously.

    Come on we need to learn some real rock climbing.

  • Yeah, probably more beginner than intermediate advice, but it's solid advice and I still see a lot of climbers on V5's and up that could benefit from keeping these rather simple concepts in mind.
