sorry, 6 hrs and found her lifeless body in her bed...ran down the street to use a neighbors phone instead of calling 911 from his place, and then wanted to notify Mother first, instead of seeking help for her. Mother came in and immediately took her to hospital!!!

He's out.Got out in Nov. Read the transcripts. BIGGEST joke of injustice ever...she had no injuries worthy of killing her daughter, and the boyfriend was with the daughter 5 hrs, before the Mom returned, and his statements are contradicting as well as the blatant lies and corruption of the state of GA!

do you know that she wasnt even in the house when her boyfriend killed the daughter? when she came home from work she immediately took her to the hospital and was later thrown in prison for a murder that her crummy then-boyfriend did. the time that elapsed between her coming home from work and driving the girl to the hospital was a matter of minutes, its really fucked up that she is in prison for it

@AxeLKaza yeah, key word allegedy. maybe you should read the case. shes clearly not guilty and if you actually read more than a wikipedia entry and a brain, you would see that in 5 minutes.

The fact that she is in jail is probably one of the biggest miscarriages of justices in the state of Georgia (of which I am a native). She was not home when her child received her injuries. Tina was the one who took the child to the hospital. The DA and the sheriff of Carroll County used her for political reasons during a re-election year. In fact, there is a great chance that her ex-boyfriend, who admitted to the crime, will get out of jail before her.
