FlatOut Ultimate Carnage Gameplay

FlatOut Ultimate Carnage apears be the same thing of FlatOut 2, just with new cars, new opponets, new tracks, and new effects like fire, water and the scenary more beautiful...
Don't know why, but i get bad average of FPS:

With FRAPS recording: 20~35
Without FRAPS recording: 30~60

Bad average FPS for a poor graphics game with a 8800GT....

The FlatOut2 give's high FPS with my old XFX 6800 XTreme, around 60+...

FlatOut Ultimate Carnage apparently is very poorly planned, with bad average of FPS, and the game seems to have a limiter of FPS.

I've not played this for a couple of years now (the FO2 version, this is just 360 version of FO2 really) because my disc got scratched, I forgot do the cars blow up after a lot of damage or do they just stop?
