    I think you will like it! It seems to be another example of how it was once done decades ago…buying food in large quantities for storage or putting up. A fruit orchardist once recounted to me how people used to buy (prior to 70's) boxes of apples/peaches/pears compared to today, where most just buy a pound or two at a time at her farm stand. Buying the bulk way makes sense for lots of products.
