Bucks @ Lakers, 1982 (RARE)

1-26-1982. This is a lost game from a master tape. First time seeing the light of day in nearly 30 yrs. The network is ONTV, which was a PPV service that carried various Laker home games, among gms from a few other teams in different markets. Prime Ticket was established in 1985, with Chick doing the TV home game feed. Footage of Sid The Squid Moncrief in his prime is pretty rare. He won the DPOY award the first 3 yrs it was available and would have been the Lakers' draft pick in 79 had Magic stayed at MSU. Also, Marques Johnson, of old UCLA fame. Lakers won the championship this season. You can clearly see, as stated in my previous recap by Chick, how teams could beat LA by forcing them into ugly halfcourt gms. It was usually a done deal when they could do that halfway decently while also running themselves.
