  • Actually the top would come off completely in this video if I had induced backflash. I was using compressed air to see if the top sticks. I was using plumbers silicone grease to get a seal.

    I've moved on from this video; I suggest watching "#08-083 Operational Test of Adjustable Pressure Relief Valve" where I induce back flash in a container with a APR valve installed with good results.

    I've decided to take this video down and will do so in a few days.

  • I have witnesses a few stupid exposions on U tube. HHO produces a very sudden explosion. I wonder if the rising top on your smack would prevent a blow up. I assume you are using an O ring under the top? I am advised that even check valves are not fast enough to prevent back fire exlosions. I lean on my bubbler to do this for me.
