I tried it. but, I am still getting same mac address. disabled & enabled adapter, restart computer do not help. still getting same mac address.

my adapter is broadcom 802.11n

ALSO, don't forget you have to dis-enable your internet.. then re-enable.. and the new address will take place..

Works like an absolute Charm! Thanks Tarunkumarsinghal. When you get to the last part type any 12 digit number code starting with 00. so for example type 001234567891 and you will have a new mac address. Woo hoo!!!
