-Well if you can't make any predictions, then why did you even go on saying "China agreed on sanctions"? Not only is that a lie, but it won't be the case any time soon (especially if Britain, of all countries, urges it). China and Iran have too good of a relationship right now. Iran supplies a lot of oil to China is an example. They're even planning to build a pipeline.

im 98% sure china will not support the sanctions. china has big oil deals with iran. china will not sacrifice a single percent of their economic growth (which they need to feed their billion ppl) just so the west can continue their bullying campaign against iran
so china has two choices - its either improve relations with the west and support sanctions on iran, or focusing on economic growth to feed their ppl. the latter is much more important to china
