Good thing there was that rod-shaped thing their to draw in the lightning. If only all structures were outfitted with theses . . . rods . . . then perhaps lightning would strike buildings and not be the number one killer of all people everywhere. *shakes angry fist*

@OnWithTheMission If you look at tall building you notice a massive rod on top of almost all of them, which is called a "lightning rod", and that is connected to the ground by wires,what that'll do is, whenever the building gets hit by lightning strikes it conducts the shock to the ground and saves the building from harm. I hope that explains why skyscrapers are usually safe from lighting strikes
