This was shot from Suffolk University Law School. I shot 1.5 hours in the hope of producing a nice time lapse but the sky was pretty static and uninteresting to look at. I was fortunate to catch this in the middle of it all.

  • Nice!

  • @commish96 still pretty sick video:D

  • Good thing there was that rod-shaped thing their to draw in the lightning. If only all structures were outfitted with theses . . . rods . . . then perhaps lightning would strike buildings and not be the number one killer of all people everywhere. *shakes angry fist*

  • Great catch..!! Cheers.....

  • Raiden wins...FATALITY!

  • if you press 1 fast enough theres 2 lightnig bolts on the right side, but sometimes theres only 1 :O

  • THAT is tight.

  • @OnWithTheMission If you look at tall building you notice a massive rod on top of almost all of them, which is called a "lightning rod", and that is connected to the ground by wires, what that'll do is, whenever the building gets hit by lightning strikes it conducts the shock to the ground and saves the building from harm. I hope that explains why skyscrapers are usually safe from lighting strikes

  • Looks like Thor is a Bruins fan
