recording of the glacial theatre "hannibal -- traversing the alps". this open-air performance transcribes the epic story into poetic pictures. the whole natural arena of an alpine glacier becomes a stage for an ensemble of hundreds of performers, athlethes, snowcats, aeroplanes, helicopters, motocross bikes and skidoos.

Ich finde es sehr bedenklich, wenn "Künstler" und deren Arbeit zur grosse Werbetrommel für die Wirtschaft umgewidtmet wird. Wenn Zuschauer zur "Kunden" werden und der Regisseur zum "Ausführender des Auftrags". Es entstehen Ästhetisch sehr spannenden Sachen, nur die Luft und Umweltverpestung durch solche Aktionen bleibt im Schatten, neben anderen Aspekten der Äthik.

Mein Geschmack dabei: Erwachsene Buben wollen mit grosse Motoren spielen...Ohne Substanz.
