50cc isn't a bike, it's volume of cylinder. It's true that KTM(not the only bike in world) doesn't have any manual transmission 50cc bikes, only with centrifugal clutch(automatic may I say)

But I can blame you that you don't know about Derbi in USA, but it's one of the biggest 50cc streer legal bikes manufacturer in Europe. You can drive 50cc on street 15 years old in Finland.

I have Derbi Limited edition, costs around 3500€(5000$) so it isn't any toy bike. It's same size than 125cc ktm.
