  • I had bone spurs reremoved, labrum tear fixed and rotator cuff fixed with arthroscopy 5 days ago. In/out procedure. Painful after the block wore off but nothing so bad I needed to take meds. I took a pain killer before bed to sleep better but other than that just motrin to lesson the swelling. Day after I was out of the sling and moving it so it would not stiffen up. Everyday I get better range of motion. See the doc on friday to get stitches out and start physical therapy.

  • @flojobo I had a similar procedure to prevent burring after I separated my AC joint, though, my procedure was done via incision. It's not as painful or horrible as it looks. Maybe I'm just tough, but I was able to operate without the post-op painkillers. You'll be alright.

  • I feel much better about having this surgery after watching this.
