@ItsLeahhMarieBabe Its ok, a hair journey is a long process but you will get it soon enough :). After a hard core protein treatment or any protein deep conditioner you are supposed 2 follow up with a moisturizing deep conditioner. Thats whats I mean by having a balance. If you don't your hair may suffer from a protein overload. Protein provides hair with strength and moisture provides hair with versatility. You have to have a balance between the two in order for the hair to be healthy.

You are such a blessing girl do you know that! I live in the Bahamas and I have damaged my hair with bleaching, heating, glueing, erything. Not smart at all when it came to my hair. So i was just going through vids and ended up on yours. You are so imformative and detailed. I started your aphogee regimen on Nov 16th 2010. I cut my damaged ends or most of my hair and started fresh. My hair came out real nice. I know you hear this all the time but thank you in advance and GOD bless you girl.
