I should have visited the Paramount Pizza more than a handful of times. The pizza was terrible, and I believe poor food contributed to the demise. Donna's husband at the time was the restaurant manager. I don't know if he contributed to the recipe. My wife was certainly no fan of organ and pizza. I will ask my children if they remember the Paramount.
Gee, I remember The Paramount Music Palace and the great performers there like Donna Parker, Bill Vlasic, and the late Larry Mac Pherson who did the maintenance on the instrument. What great times...I was just up there this past weekend on the way to one of Larry's favourite Circus Festivals and drove past the site of the old Paramount on Washington Street. I miss those times so much...just not the food..that was horrible, the music...100% worth the indigestion!
I used to go listen to her play the Wurlitzer organ here in Indianapolis when I was a child. I really miss going there for birthdays. They made "Paramount's Music Palace into a Don Pablo's in the mod 90's. The organ she played here was sent to Tampa, Florida. The place it was installed (Roaring 20's Pizza and Pipes) closed down sometime last year. It's really sad that new generations will grow up never hearing these amazing instruments played.
Donna is one of the most creative and finest artists of the theatre pipe organ. She makes it look easy but it is unbelievably difficult to master one of these great musical machines. These instruments were way ahead of their time and have survived well past the silent movie era. They are growing in popularity like wildfire and a whole new generation is discovering the joy of mastering the theatre pipe organ.

Absolutely one of the best tributes to this music anywhere on YT, or anywhere else.
