Which is why it isn't aimed at gamers.
In the video it says it's aimed at marketing and what not with plans for it to start off in hotels as sort of an information helpdesk.
They stated no plans to release this publicly nor plans to actually develop games for it. The games were just made for it for show so people could see what it can do, it will no doubt be up to the companies that buy it to hire a programming team to make what they want on it.

This is not like the Wii controller because it can't sense depth or tilt. Moving a pointer through 3D dimensional space is not accurate at all with this. Only 2D interaction.
