Professor Brian Cox gives The Big Bang Lesson at Springfield School

The 'Wonders of the Solar System' presenter and champion of The Big Bang - http://www.thebigbangfair.co.uk - visited Springfield School in Drayton to host The Big Bang Lesson - a mind blowing workshop showing how fascinating science, technology, engineering and maths can be.

Students flocked to the school hall to enjoy the lesson of a lifetime with the ex D-Ream keyboard player after winning the nationwide prize draw set up by The Big Bang: UK Young Scientists and Engineers Fair 2011.

Tickets for The Fair, which include shows by Sky's Brainiac Live! and BBC's Bang Goes the Theory, are free and available now from http://www.thebigbangfair.co.uk The Big Bang takes place between 10 and 12 March 2011 at ICC, London ExCeL. Thursday and Friday (10 & 11 March) are for school groups, while Saturday (12 March) is open to families.
