You can buy newsprint paper at art or office stores. It's the most economical in rolls and you can cut them down to the size you need it to be. I don't know where he gets his, but that's where I get mine.
Newsprint - 36" Roll x 50 yards for $10 at Utrecht Art Supply. It gets cheaper the larger bulk you buy it in.

how do you keep yourself covered insurance wise in case of a fire? does a regular company cover you? and how would you deal with it mentally if god forbid you had a fire? that is probably my biggest worry with my snakes.
