Because their movements are too fast and jerky, you need to be more careful and gentle with your muscles. But I guess they didn't know that at the time. Times change.

Don't listen to anyone who says that things like two inch pushups are too intense for your muscles. People don't talk about Taebo anymore because it was a gimmick that debuted, what, 15 years ago? There are newer and dumber gimmicks for 2009.
