my pop died of cancer, during his nine year battle the only time he wasn't smiling was when he was sleeping and even when he was sleeping he had a smile on....oh and if you have a family member or friend dealing with sicko me chemo don't trip over the cord..have done it before he hadnt screamed that loud ever, the nurses got a good laugh at it though!

@AyukuRS - of course cancer isn't funny. this song is a loving tribute to a friend with cancer who has a great sense of humor about her situation. the song lyrics are some of the comments she has made about having this terrible disease. I am sorry if you did not understand the description. I hope you listen to it again now that you know what was meant by "humor".
