i'm adopted. how come if you become pregnant and decide it was a "mistake" you can't just accept the responsibility, go through with the pregnancy, and put your baby up for adoption? i'd way rather have been alive and in a happy family then in a 10 children family in colombia working as a maid. even if your raped, why not still accept whats in front of you instead of killing it, and go through with the pregnancy? you'll make another family who's unable to have any children at all very happy.

Hmm...
Two arms, two legs, two eyes, hair on their heads, two ears, ten fingers, ten toes... must be armadillos.

@ 1:04: Smeal says "about 35% of American women" have had abortions. I suspect there is something skewed about that "35%" quote. I don't think it takes into account the number of abortions that are increased, in many cases, by the same women having multiple abortions. I believe that if you were to look only at women who have one single abortion, the "35%" would be lower.

How can they be celebrating abortions?
-
You deserve the worst possible death ever and I fucking hope you get it?
Spoken like a "pro-lifer" indeed.
-
Nobodies? Alright, how about Whoopi Golberg? How about Ani DiFranco? How about Sharon Osbourne? How about Suzanne Somers? Lil' Kim? Lucile Ball? Stevie Nicks?
Also, keep in mind, this isn't a list of celebrities who have had abortions. This is a list of celebrities who have ADMITTED to having abortions. Many other celebrity women no doubt have, but are exercising their right not to inform the public, probably because of all of the social stigmatism that goes along with having an abortion.

I'm so disgusted these people accuse prolifers of wanting to allow women to die! When the Titanic sank some ppl couldn't get on lifeboats &died. Those lives lost were seen as an unavoidable tragedy in a case of an emergency. Shall we accuse prolifers of wanting NONE of the people to get on lifeboats and allowing everbody on the boat to die? What if we said since those ppl died we should legalize shooting ppl at random w guns? 95-99% of abortions are for convenience bc it's legal on demand.

One more thing... Did anyone notice that the 4 or 5 celebs they named are all nobody d-list actors...?? WOW. Compelling. They probably used their "hectic careers" to defend it... Useful now that they're all eating out of dumpsters after their 15 minutes of "fame". I mean Amy Brenneman> Come on... Who even watched that piece of crap show...LOL

That woman had no clue O'Reilly knew what he was talking about...LOL She was like a deer in the headlights...Hahahaha

You are a FUCKING WHORE!!!!! Gotdamn you deserve THE WORST POSIBLE DEATH EVER!!! AND I FUCKING HOPE YOU GET IT!
Look at 4D ultrasounds. I had photos but I can't send them because it won't let me.
Are they potential babies... or real babies? I see babies, no "potential" babies/human beings, when I look at ultrasounds. For now I'll use the term blastocyst because you seem to like that term.
8 week old blastocysts are fully formed and can move a lot. I don't see how they're tiny "dots".

but i also think if you're going to advocate birth you have to think about the conditions and circumstances your asking this potential child to be born into. you wouldn't want he or she to be subjected to deplorable conditions. you should really be careful
chantistar 4 years ago
It's not a POTENTIAL child.
Who does want children to be born into bad situations? I certainly don't.

just wanted to say i'm all for giving life. i think it's a beautiful experience and one i wish most people could experience, but i'm not into forcing people to be parents when they aren't ready and don't want to be. being pushy is never a good thing.
chantistar 4 years ago
I'm against forcing people to be parents, too! But once they choose to have sex and it "accidently" happens, they have created offspring and that's their responsibility.
I think if women DON'T want to become parents, they should either find better birth control or keep their legs closed. Period.

it's a personal choice, and it's none of your business. NONE. you reduce women down to their reproductive organs when you shift the focus to their pregnancy and nothing else. sorry, but i am no less of a person who has rights and feelings just because i have an embryo or a fetus. you don't want the government telling you how to live so why would you tell women how to live their life? why don't you go lobby to your state gov't to give women money to keep their pregnancies if you care so much
chantistar 4 years ago
Yea, and rape and murder are personal choices too that's none of YOUR business, but I don't see you arguing for the rights of rapists and murderers.
I never said women are less of people just because they're pregnant, obviously. But once they become a parent, they have a RESPONSIBILITY to take care of. It's their job now to take care of the life they have helped create.
