Yep, they're both male. The tall blond is Soubi and the short black-haired one is Ritsuka... the show is Loveless and it's about a boy trying to solve the mystery of his brother's murder... with help/not-help from Soubi, his brother's 'adult' friend. (Important to note: in the Loveless world, virgins have kitty ears. ;P )But I'm not sure who you're referring to when you say 'blue-haired person'... do you mean Ritsuka? Who has a blue jacket? --;;
