You don't need to hear their words. Just look at their faces. I made this mash-up from Hillary's speech at Wellesley, videos from her website and my own animation. After this speech, the news media accused Hillary of playing the 'gender card'. Look at the faces and make up your own mind. Was it a wonderful event, or something negative, as the media spun it?

The music is 'A Beacon in Beige' from The New Amsterdams (At the Foot of My Rival) and 'The Greatest' from Cat Power--ain't they excellent?

  • The words that jumped out at me were in the first verse.... "a little late to let it go"? Yeah, so what if she sinks the party, she won't see the handwriting on the wall under Denver, at which point the general election will be McCain's.

Boy, if she'd appeared before King Solomon, there would have been one very dead baby!

  • You're worried about Obama losing to McCain. You should be. But Reagan Democrats like McCain.

Howard Dean just wants Hillary to save his ass for his massive, stupid screw-up on Michigan and Florida. Not going to happen.

Take away the 2 Clinton wins, and the Democrats have lost every election for the past 40 years. Carter only won because of Watergate. So yes, I can see why you think Obama will lose to McCain.

  • Still the best choice if the Democrats want to win back the White House November 2008.

  • Hillary is truly amazing!
