@5877370 Music? Just put some of your MP3s into the music folder in the SC4 folder.
There's little traffic here because this city hasn't been developed yet, just the road infrastructure is in place.

there are tons of tutorials about what you are asking for. There would be no point in making a video for that. Check Simtropolis or SC4Devotion for guides.
