opis cwiczen:
20 brzuszkow, 20 przysiadow, 10 pompek, 10-20 min biegania/ 5 km spacerowania.
Zapomnialem dodac ze wszystkie te cwiczenia bede powiekszac co tydzien np o polowe. zobaczymy jak to wyjdzie. Jezeli nie bede biegac to bede jezdzil rowerem lub chodzil na basen. Bede Was informowac o wszystkich moich zmianach planu cwiczen. Do uslyszenia! :)
