Nicely done! Great work! =D

I wish I could hula hoop....

Oooh, look at all the pretty lights! I like your wrist lights, too. You're very smooth with your hoop!

You make it look so easy! I tried doing some basic kindy hula-hooping in New Zealand and I could barely keep it going at my waist for 5 seconds!

Hi! Your hoop seems pretty big, but you also seem pretty tall. Do you mind sharing your height and the diameter of your hoop? I'm throwing some mula down on a psi hoop tomorrow, and I have been interested in getting a larger hoop so it would flow a little slower, but at the same time I am very petite and I don't want one too heavy. I am about 5'3" and have been trying to choose between 36" and 38"

@HighLoSpins Hi there! Sorry for the late response. It's a 34" diameter if I remember correctly...but at this point I wouldn't mind going for a smaller diameter. I'm about 5'10", so it's a pretty good size for my height. This PSI hoop is heavy and big enough that I can do some pretty nice slow flow work (like in my Valentine's Day Hoop Dance video). In the end, I would honestly go for something small and light. If you're getting an LED hoop, you're gonna want to rock out to it, and heavy hoops

@Glendicious make that difficult. I mean I like being able to slow flow with my PSI, but I kick it more to fast paced electronica than the slow stuff when I use it, and I regret it being the size and weight that I got it. It felt like and quick to me when I first started using it, but now that's I've progressed so much more it feels cumbersome. Also, if you're gonna shell out $400 for a hoop, makes sure it's a long-term great investment. Hope this helps! Happy Hooping <3

yes I am self taught
I started in October 2007. When you run out of moves to think of or need some inspiration, just watch youtube videos for some fresh tricks. There's also tons of tutorials to help you if you get stuck on a move.
Good luck and happy hooping!
