@eurosonly Idiot, if your hitpoints level was 99 it's still 99 except it shows as 990 when you're at full hp in your hp bar. Tuna doesn't heal you to full, it still would heal you 10 hp just 10x10=100 so if wou were 11 hp which is now 110 and you eata tuna your hp will increase by 10 or 100. So you'd go from 11(0) to 21(0) it's pretty much hp with a decimal so you could get hit a 985 with level 99 hp when you're at full and you'll still be alive with basically 0.5 hp.

so our damage gets multiplied by 10 while buiyp healing stays the same thats not fair at all a freakin tuna heals more than that now so useless cancels out summoning fagex does it again

p server i think.

This should definitely have been an option, It can satisfy both points of view.

@jmondion
No
The decimal isn't applied to hitpoints, only XP gained.

For those wondering, Jagex didn't add a toggle for a reason. Now those decimals in your hits (3.4, 12.3, etc.) that were rounded down are now in hits. If they took those away, and lets say two people with different settings were pking, then the character with the x10 on would have an advantage, as he puts in a little extra damage.

a 3rd of a hitpoint (example) wasn't worth applying beyond XP in my opinion, so while you'll see 146 (14.6) you've gotten 14.6 x 4 x xprate in XP, you only inflict 14 damage.
That said, it would have been ridiculously easy to add a decimal setup with normal if I had wanted to count decimals toward hitpoints.
