Just a quick moduler pulley system "MPS" Demo.

The biggest bang for the buck mod for any Supercharged car is dropping pulley sizes. Thats pretty much the first thing Supercharged car owners are looking to buy when they get their cars.

As always scanning is the most important thing and I appologize for the movie quality. I filmed this video on low res when I made it and Movie Maker and Youtube degraded it more.

.1 drop in size = 1 extra pound of boost

All 3800 Vendors offer excellent systems with lots of sizes

and as mentioned my system is made by "American Supercharger" on Ebay

  • My car must suck ass because I have headers, intake, plugs, stat and rockers and my car still has KR with a 3.5 pulley with 93 octane.

  • @JDMGTP

Do you have a custom tune? If not then there's your problem right there.

  • @JohnFromSpace yeah I have hp tuners. I have to run it pig rich above 5000 rpms or pull the timing down to 12* or it will KR.

  • @JDMGTP

Could it possibly be false knock? Are you getting KR when your car shifts? The downpipe might be hitting the sway bar?

Could your cat possibly be clogged?

  • where did you get your fuel rail i'm looking to supercharge my 98 intrigue

  • I have a 04' ss supercharged and was wondering if I downsized my supercharger pulley would any tunning be necessary?

  • best gains for the money from what IV herd is a 3.2 or 3.0 inch pully, high ratio rockers, cai, power log, plugs, ubend, 170 degree thermostat and a intercooler

  • typically they say to run a 3.4 inch pully you need a cold air intake, cooler range plugs, ubend delete, and a 180 degree thermostat. anything less then a 3.4 inch pull requires more extreme mods like a power log, headers, pcm, intercooler, ect ect

  • wht supporting mods do u need for a 3.5 pulley

  • were could i get the pully for mine i have 2007 grand prix but i dont know were i could get a 3.4 or a 3.5 pully?

  • man, i gotta get an engine swap, i have the L36 na, hopefully i can get an L67 in there

  • John I Have A Stock 2000 GTP. I'm Thinking About Getting A 3.4 Pulley,Would It Be Safe With Out Any Other Mods?

  • how john.. how do you take off the stock alternator pulley? id like to get a bigger aluminum pulley ZZP sells...ZZP said you need a special alternator pulley puller tool?

  • so i really dont want to go through the trouble of tuning. what can i do to prevent KR if i wwent down to a 3.6. maybe a downpipe? what else?
