An absolutely beautiful sound, BUT, this song does not call for a beautiful slow lyrical style of singing. It's a harsh, humorous Italian madrigal. I like to hear it a little bit 'harsher'. The beauty of this doesn't fit with the lyrics of the madrigal at all.

The most beautiful sound is created here - it's magnificent and exceptionally musical. Intelligent thought and care has gone - not only into the formation of every phrase - but into the tone and timbre of every note. I love it ! However, it has its faults - stylistically this is incorrect. It's too perfect and does not capture the 'joke' in the piece. This is a foreigh mercinary singing to an Italian lady, his Italian is poor and he mispronounces the words . Still love it though.

Beautiful singing, terrific balance and intonation. However, I don't hear the crude and humorous text reflected in such a super-lyrical interpretation.
Sounds more like a religious motet.
