Meanwhile, Prime minister Raila Odinga insists that President Mwai Kibaki never consulted him on the judiciary nominations. Addressing a public rally in Nairobi, the PM alleged that a clique of powerful politicians was misadvising President Kibaki on weighty Constitutional matters.

....IT's very wrong fot this guyz to be backing RAILA instead of the CONSTITUTION. ALL of them are talking about consultations, who gives a fuck who did not consult who. Even if Raila was consulted and the due process of the law was not followed, the appointments still could have been illigal! The JSC recommends the candidates the two, then they appoint from that list. Someone ego getting bruised does not amount to just blind tribal support~
