What is "The Seventh River"?

I have tried all the methods and still have one per week. I have tried waking up at 4am, it will come at midnight! I have tried setting an alarm every hour, still once a week. I cannot break addiction until celibacy goes for 6 to 8 weeks. 2 weeks is incorrect. Anyone who can tell me how to get no wet dreams for 60 days I will pay 1000 dollars.
