  • Cool meet. How many trains a day run on the Pittsburgh Line in this area?

  • A good 60 to 70. When I was up there on this day, I never had to wait more than 15 to 20 minutes for a train, and if you have seen my other videos from this day, I caught A LOT of meets. From time to time there may be a dead time of 45 minutes to an hour, which is a great break to get food or go to the bathroom.

  • Eric, This is truly one of the best video's that I've ever seen on youtube! This was an awesome catch! Great job!

  • Thanks! I hope to get back up there soon, nothing beats the NS Pittsburgh Line!

  • SWEET CATCH! Man, your videos are getting better and better! Do more from around here!

  • Thanks, I'll try to get here as often as possible. It is just on the other side of Harrisburg within an hour of me so it is not a problem. I'll definitely hit the west slope this summer to catch trains with helpers grinding up and down the Allegheny Mountains. And I'll stop over in South Fork, PA and catch videos of the SD80MAC's at work.
