  • umm i think u did it too fast, im just saying,

  • Thank you for the comment. By generating enough momentum with the legs to raise the dumbbells to chest height, a power element is added to the exercise.

  • i agree, but hey is that you in the vid? just asking..

  • Yes, that is me. Coach Javorek receives so many questions from all over the world about how to perform different exercises we are trying to post videos for as many as we can.

  • why do people use light weights I have seen guys that were huge cheating on all the movements does the extra weight help ?

  • Please keep in mind that a bodybuilder's primary goal is size, so they will attempt to overload the target muscle(s), often forcing them to cheat. The problem occurs when cheating leads to such bad form they wind up hurting themselves. By maintaining strict form, an athlete can gradually develop strength, power, endurance, and size without risking injury.

  • Thank you for the questions. It is a compound exercise in which the lower and upper body have to work together. It is appropriate for strength and conditioning work.

  • what is the point of this exercise? is it conditioning? thankyou for your videos and for answering my questions. regards
