I'm already a level 100 in one handed giggidy

If you want to level up almost everything, get some "oghma infinium" in your inventory.
Use the console and write "player.additem 0001A332 *value*".

not a great way to level up because each time you do a sneak attack on him he goes down in one hit and the pot on his head comes off so you have to do it again, this method is way too slow, i am trying to get to High Hrothgar up the mountains but i can't get up there, the mountain is too steep.

@HUYI1 Go to the town at the base of the mountain and search for the '7000 Steps' - thats the bath to High Hrothgar. There is also a man in the town who will pay you to take supplies up for him. The town is on the opposite side of the mountain to Whiterun.

@HUYI1 if you go to the very beginning of my video, the town I am referring to is on the right side of the screen, almost horizontal from Riverwood to the right.

This strategy is easier and quicker if done against the old guys in High Hrothgar. When they are kneeling at the altars, just whack them with a power attack from behind while sneaking. They have lots more health and wont even get up! :-)

@scorpio6034 After finishing the main quest they appear to have buggered off somewhere. I'm hoping they shall return....
Also this guide is just a proof of concept - there are other NPCs who act the same. This is just the earliest one. The general rule of thumb is that if they are ABSOLUTELY necessary to the Main Quest, then you can do this trick on them.
