This is the storm of 1-28-09. By the time this video was filmed, around 20" of snow had fallen here in Vermont. The local snow removal company's JD 5525 came around 7:30 with a large single auger pronovost snowblower on the back. This tractor has no problem eating through the deep snow. It has around 75hp at the PTO, so it's slightly smaller than the 6420 in my "John Deere Snowblower" video. It's still quite a beast though. Hope you guys enjoy the video.

  • i worked for a snow removal compagnie we had some john deer 6420 withp-920-IV pronovost and we had some new holland tm 120 with same snowblower.

    the new holland could go 2x faster then the john deer cause john deer 4 cylinder new holland 6 cylinder engine  way more torque

  • a plow is better, get the ice away too

  • I have a 2001 Zetor 4341 60 Horse with an 80 " Blizzard Snowblower. That thing is amazing! Does our driveway in two passes.

  • i have a john deere 5525 best tractor i ever owned. i got to look into buying a snowblower for insted or useing the bucket to plow out my drive way. and the roads back to my barns.
