Growlanser (PS1) beating up on Imperial Knights part 3-1

This is a battle in which you're supposed to make Bernstein's rear forces and Ranzack's scouting squad fight one another, and then escape. You're encouraged to escape because Julia(n) is very strong and can't be defeated under ordinary circumstances. Since you've been watching this series of videos, you of course realize I defy what I'm "supposed" to do.

Two things of note: 1.) There was no way I could have anticipated stealing a Healing Rod during battle. That happened by chance. 2.) I didn't show the characters' stats at the beginning of the battle so I take the time to show what they are at the 7:23 mark.
